Silver & Charlton have two state of the art practices
in Sunderland.

The main practice is in John Street in Sunderland’s City Centre. Here we have 15 surgeries on
3 floors, 3 waiting rooms and a reception area.

The smaller practice is in Atkinson Road, Fulwell,
a shopping center 3 miles away. Here we have 6 surgeries, 1 waiting room and a reception area.

Both surgeries are accessible and easy to find. We welcome all new patients, so why not register your whole family as soon as possible? No one is too young or too old to benefit from dental care.
